Team Development

Leaders need to build confidence and encourage it rather than concentrate on deficits. They need to need to demonstrate appropriate values and behaviours

execo coaches work in a variety of ways to improve team effectiveness.

We start by contacting a sample of the team to get a view on how the team is performing, how it currently functions, what people would like to keep and what they would change. Once this has happened, we discuss our findings and agree a final work agenda with the leader. This may involve the need to do some work off site as well as working with the team ‘on line’ at work.

Our coaches and consultants have worked with teams on a range of issues including:

  • What makes effective Top Teams?
  • What behaviours are important to adopt, to help achieve team and business goals?
  • How will we challenge each other and measure our performance?

Often clients ask us to do something around personal styles and how these are affecting the way the group works. execo consultants use a range of instruments including Myers Briggs to help us do this.
