Martin Gregory - international executive coach based in the south west Martin’s
early career spanned the Royal Navy, Lloyds Register of Shipping and
The Industrial Society where he was a leadership tutor.
He was awarded an MBA from London and New York Business schools in 1981/3. Post-Business School, he played a significant role in the development of the UK cable and satellite television industry and became Head of Marketing for Thorn EMI’s satellite TV ventures. He joined Hay Management Consultants in 1989 where he further developed his leadership and executive coaching expertise, before setting up execo in 2004. He has extensive experience in facilitating leadership, team building and coaching workshops and also in organization and role design. Focusing predominately in the private sector, he has worked professionally in the South West, UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East and in Canada with a range of senior clients in the Media, Telecoms, FMCG, Finance, Education, Health and Consulting sectors He is accredited in diagnostics covering MBTI. Emotional Intelligence and Leadership styles and in addition has developed several, world class, web-based, leadership diagnostic tools.As part of his own development and to get further insights into leadership in testing conditions, Martin sailed across the Atlantic in the last leg of the Round the World Yacht Race in 2003.
